Payments

What are the payment options available?

The payment options we support are:

Bank Transfer (manual transfer - cash depost / cheque deposit / Account transfer - after completing checkout)

PayPal (for payment in Dollars / Pounds / Euro)

Credit Cards - Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club International, JCB (through CC Avenue secure payment gateway)

Debit Cards - All debit cards (through CC Avenue secure payment gateway)

Net Banking (through CC Avenue secure payment gateway)

Cash Card (through CC Avenue secure payment gateway)

Mobile Payments (through CC Avenue secure payment gateway)

 

Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option? How can I buy using COD option?

No, Natsy By Design does not offer an option to pay Cash on Delivery for your orders.

 

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from Natsy By Design. In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:

Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)

Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund. You can email us at info@natsybydesign.com for any clarifications.

 

How do I redeem a coupon or gift voucher?

Once you have added all the products that you want to purchase to your shopping cart, go to the shopping cart option. There is an option to redeem coupon or gift voucher. Select the option and proceed. The coupon amount (discount percentage of the invoice or fixed amount discount) will be deducted from the total invoice amount. You can then proceed to checkout.

How does Reward Points work?

Reward points are assigned based on the value of your current purchase. The reward points correspond to the an equal amount in INR. Reward points can be accumulated over a period of time, over a single or multiple purchases. The reward points can be redeemed for any future purchase and the amount will be reduced from your total invoice amount. Please note that reward points can only be assigned to registered patrons, and not if you do a "guest checkout".

How do I know how much shipping I will be charged?

In the shopping cart page, you have an option where you can estimate shipping. The same option is available by default in the checkout page. Shipping charges are based on the weight / volume of the product ordered inclusive of the weight of the packaging.

 

Will taxes be added to the price displayed?

The price displayed does not include taxes. Taxes will be added to the invoice based on the product ordered. Accesories are at 14.5%, Apparel, Art, and Home Furnishings and Collectables are at 5.5%.and Jewellery is at 1% CST / VAT.

 

Shipping & Delivery

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

We attempt to process every order and ship within 2 working days. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending on the shipping address within India, post ordering, this should take 5-7 working days overall to get delivered unless otherwise specifiied in the product description. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues, it may take longer to receive the shipment. However, if you have ordered a product under (Pre-order / delayed delivery), we will send you a mail to give you an estimated time of delivery. We will process the order only if you are agreeable to the delivery time. For international deliveries - US, UK, Europe, the delivery could take from 7 to 14 days under regular circumstances.

 

Does Natsy By Design deliver products outside India?

Yes, Natsy By Design does deliver products outside India. Shipping charges will depend on the weight of the products you order, and the delivery location. If your country does not appear in the drop down during the “checkout”, please mail us an enquiry and info@natsybydesign.com and we will service your request as soon as possible.

 

How do I know if my area is serviceable or not?

You can select the country on the "shopping cart" page (calculate shipping charges) or on the "checkout" page under address. In ase your country does not appear in the list, please mail us an enquiry at info@natsybydesign.com and we will service your request as well as possible.

 

What will be the mode of delivery?

Depending upon your location and reach, we employ various domestic but reliable service providers or courier services to deliver products.

 

Order Tracking

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation from Natsy By Design once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

 

How can I track my product shipment?

Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this number along with the name and URL of the service provider.

Type in the tracking number provided in the mail in the tracking section on the page of the provided URL to confirm the status.

 

Cancellation / Modification

You can cancel all items anytime before dispatch has been confirmed except for products that are "made to order" or ordered specifically on request.  Return / Refund / Exchange policy does not extend to products that are marked "made to order". Your refund can be in the form of coupon or a gift voucher. You can also choose to have the amount refunded to your bank account.  If any of the item(s) in your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel the order.

 

Can I cancel the order after it is placed?

While there is no option for the customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can mail us at info@natsybydesign.com as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, or except for products that are "made to order" or ordered specifically on request, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Your refund can be in the form of coupon or a gift voucher. You can also choose to have the amount refunded to your bank account.

 

Can I modify my order after placing it?

We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the ordered size or colour option of a product in your placed order. You may even require having your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please mail us at info@natsybydesign.com as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we will modify your order for you.

 

When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?

We shall process your refund immediately once your order has been cancelled. Your refund can be in the form of coupon or a gift voucher. You can also choose to have the amount refunded to your bank account. To avail any of the options above, please mail us at info@natsybydesign.com as soon as possible with your order number.

 

Why was my order canceled? Why didn't you send me any intimation?

This could be because either the product is out of stock or it has been rejected for quality reasons. An email is always sent when an order is cancelled, but it is possible that it might have gone into your spam folder.

 

Can I change the product after I have placed an order?

That is not possible. You can either cancel the order or you can return the product and place a fresh order.

 

Returns

We discourage you to return purchases that match the image, description, and specifications of the said product displayed on the website. However, if the incorrect product has been delivered, or the product is damaged, or otherwise unacceptable, you can return it within 3-5 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund of the item purchased. This includes items purchased on sale. However, Return / Refund / Exchange policy does not extend to products that are marked "made to order". The refund amount can be redeemed in the form of a coupon or gift voucher or credited back into your bank account.

All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

Returns are not possible for products that are made to order specifically on request.

 

How do I return products to Natsy By Design?

If you’d like to return the product and claim a refund, it would be your responsibility to repack and return the product back to us at your expense through the same cargo or through your own channel.  You will have to bear the expenses of shipping it back to us. Upon receipt of the same, your invoice value inclusive of original shipping will be refunded in the form of a coupon / gift voucher / bank transfer.

 

Can I request for a replacement?

If you’d like a replacement, we will try and replace the product with a new piece if available in stock. It would be your responsibility to repack and return the product back to us at your expense through the same cargo or through your own channel. The shipping and delivery charges for the replacement product will be borne by us.

 

What can I return?

You can return products ordered from Natsy By Design within 3-5 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.

Returns are not possible for products that are made to order specifically on request.

How long will the entire returns process take?

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on your location and the courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

So that you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the refund has been allocated to your accounts.
